What are the requirements to rent a scooter?

To rent a scooter, you must provide: first and last name, complete address, email address, phone number, date and place of birth, driver's license. For a 50cc scooter: be at least 18 years old and have a valid Class B license or AM license. For a 125cc scooter: be at least 20 years old and have an A1 or A license, or a Class B license with mandatory 125cc training.

Is there a security deposit and how much is it?

Accepted Answer

Yes, a security deposit is required: €500 for a 50cc scooter and €900 for a 125cc scooter. The deposit is refunded at the end of the rental, provided the scooter is returned in the same condition. The refund is processed within a maximum of 24 hours.

What is the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

A 30% deposit is charged when booking. Cancellation more than 5 days before → 100% refund, between 2 and 5 days → 50%, between 1 and 2 days → 25%, less than 24h → no refund.
